NextCare Urgent Care is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Virtual Care Coordinator.
Responsibilities
The Virtual Care Coordinator is responsible for
- Collaborating with Virtual Care Providers in the care of our patients
- Triaging patients in preparation of their virtual visit
- Scheduling patient visits as needed
- Managing the virtual waiting room
- Completing any necessary follow up and referrals needed
- Assisting with appropriate and miscellaneous projects as assigned and able

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in an urgent care or other clinical setting
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, team members, and management
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to procedural changes
Cooperative and able to work well with others

- Clinical education and/or certifications
