Virtual Care Veterinary Technician - Teletriage

We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we're looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team.

Full - Time Teletriage:

Sat / Sun / Mon / Tues / Wed | 9am - 6pm PST 10am -7pm PST 11am - 8pm PST

Full - Time Teletriage:

Fri / Sat / Sun / Mon / Tues | 9am - 6pm PST 10am - 7pm PST 11am - 8pm PST

What You'll Be Doing:

Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets' health and well-being

Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information

Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance

Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology

Verify and process prescriptions

Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
