Your Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a Virtual Client Success Specialist and the primary contact for clients, ensuring their utmost satisfaction
  • Engage with clients and associates, offering professional, courteous, and timely support
  • Educate clients on business, investments, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning
  • Provide tailored financial plans, guiding clients through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement strategies
  • Promote account value through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining high client satisfaction and loyalty
  • No Cold Calling, No Door Knocking



What We Look For


  • You must be 18 years or older and a U.S. citizen
  • A clear background check
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
  • The motivation and ability to obtain a Life Producer license within the first two weeks
  • Familiarity with Google tools, Zoom and scheduling software
  • The ability to analyze account health metrics and create concise summaries
  • Experience or potential in identifying expansion opportunities



Preferred Qualifications


  • A background in customer service, leadership, or management is ideal
  • Education, coaching, military, or being an elite athlete are great fits!
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and desire to grow professionally while helping others
