In this role, you will support travelers as they explore vacation possibilities, organize travel plans, and coordinate personalized experiences tailored to their interests and goals. You'll serve as a trusted resource throughout the planning journey, helping clients make informed decisions while ensuring every detail is handled with care.
Whether arranging luxury escapes, cruise vacations, family trips, destination celebrations, wellness retreats, or international adventures, you'll play an important role in helping travelers create unforgettable memories.
No prior experience in the travel industry is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and professional development resources designed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and vacation objectives
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
- Develop customized travel recommendations that align with client needs and budgets
- Assist with coordinating lodging, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation packages
- Guide clients through travel options and help simplify the planning process
- Maintain regular communication through phone, email, and virtual platforms
- Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with supplier partners
- Monitor itinerary updates, booking information, and travel documentation
- Maintain organized client records and trip details
- Stay informed about travel trends, destination updates, and promotional opportunities
- Deliver outstanding customer care throughout every stage of the client experience
Qualifications
- Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, consulting, or client-focused roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and confidence using online systems and digital tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring countries
