We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will help clients organize vacation plans by researching available options, coordinating requested services, and making sure important details are clearly communicated throughout the process.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing information, researching possibilities, and staying organized in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, vacation interests, budget, and special requests.
Research accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
Help coordinate selected services and keep reservation information, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details organized.
Provide clients with timely updates, answer routine planning questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when necessary.
Review details for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
