Responsibilities

• Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and complete virtual appointments

• Conduct customer-focused needs reviews

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Assist clients with understanding product benefits

• Provide clear communication and timely follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development
