Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team performance metrics.
Participate in ongoing training, role‑plays, and team meetings to refine skills and product knowledge.
Mentor and support newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently, aligned with Eastern Time business hours as needed.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
Willingness to obtain a Florida Life & Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
Reliable computer, high‑speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
