Working under the guidance of partners and alongside other skilled attorneys and paralegals, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in employment law, working with administrative agencies, and handling civil litigation in federal and state courts. In this position, your work will primarily involve the tactical aspects of cases with less of a need to attend in-person depositions, hearings, conferences, or trials.This role will focus on efficient, high-quality legal work with a more flexible billable hours target and work/life balance, and no business development pressure or sourcing your own work, allowing you to concentrate on providing exceptional legal services without the burden of non-billable hour demands. Additional qualifications include having a JD from an ABA accredited law school, at least five years of experience in employment law and litigation, and active bar membership in good standing.
