What you'll actually do

• Meet by phone or video with people who've already asked about life insurance
• Start by listening to the family's situation, goals, and worries
• Break coverage options into plain language, then complete the application together
• Follow each application through underwriting and keep families informed
• Record notes and next steps in the CRM
• Keep learning, because products and rules change and training continues

Who this is a fit for

• Experience teaching, coaching, or working in a school setting
• A gift for explaining complicated ideas without talking down to anyone

• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
