Rural Virtual Academy is currently seeking the highest quality applicant for a full-time Speech & Language Pathologist to begin July 1, 2026. Preference will be given to those candidates with previous virtual teletherapy experience.
Position Expectations include:
- Available to meet with parents and students during the day and occasional evenings
- Meet with students online to instruct and facilitate daily instruction and therapy
- Knowledgeable and fluent in virtual platforms delivering secure speech therapy and assessments to school-age children
- Organized and motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and practice concerning speech and language
- Ability to maintain a remote office with a high-speed internet connection
- Occasional travel required.
Skills / Requirements:
For consideration for a teaching position, candidates must meet all of the job requirements as listed below:
- Must hold a master''s degree and valid Wisconsin 1820 license in speech and language pathology
