Key Responsibilities

  • Work with a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or MLM involvement.
  • Complete our training program and obtain your life insurance license if not currently licensed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through ongoing policy support.
  • Stay motivated, organized, and accountable while achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • No prior insurance experience required — training and licensing support provided.
