M-F 8a-5p (34 patient contact hours weekly)-Provider will get 6 hours admin time per week.
Pay Range:
$47.50 - $71.25

Atrium Health is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to support a growing wellness hub. The hub will launch with a comprehensive weight management program and plans to expand into other wellness offerings such as sleep health and cognition.
Highlights of the position:
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, 34 patient contact hours (6 hours admin time weekly)
Advanced Practitioners with a care team approach
Virtual weight management for new and established Atrium Health primary care patients
Support with multi-state licensing

3+ years of experience in Weight Management preferred
Obesity Medicine Certification is required
