Client: DTCC
Position: Virtualization Lead
Length: 6-month contract to hire Contract to Direct Hire
Location: 3 Days a week onsite in Dallas, Texas or Tampa, FL
Hourly Rate: 50 to 55 W2 flex
Only Citizen/H4EAD/GC-EAD/GC
Salary Range: $130-140k with 20% bonus (Bonus is based on Individual performance)

Preferred Qualifications

VMware Expertise
- 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure or virtualization engineering experience.
- 7+ years supporting VMware technologies in large-scale environments.
- Deep expertise with:
- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- ESXi
- vCenter
- NSX
- vSAN
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise virtualization solutions supporting hundreds of hosts.
- Strong understanding of VMware lifecycle management, patching, upgrades, and operational best practices.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Advanced experience with:
- Ansible
- Ansible Tower / Automation Platform
- Terraform
- Experience building enterprise automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 9 deployments.
- Experience working with large-scale VCF implementation partners.
- Exposure to VMware solutions hosted in public cloud environments.
- Experience developing enterprise orchestration workflows using AutoSys.
- Experience with HPE infrastructure platforms.
- VMware certifications:
- VCP
- VCAP
- VCDX (preferred but not required)
- Cloud certifications in Azure or AWS ,
