What You Will Do

• Run day-to-day operations: open/close, schedule, staff, and lead the sales floor
• Recruit, coach, and motivate sales associates and opticians to exceed goals
• Advance revenue via product expertise, upselling, and consultative selling
• Deliver bespoke customer journeys—from frame styling to accurate dispensing
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and replenishment to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with your district/regional manager on hiring, reviews, and business planning
• Resolve customer escalations quickly and professionally
• Uphold optical retail standards, safety practices, and company policies

What You Bring

• 2+ years in retail management; background in optical, fashion, or specialty retail preferred
• Documented success against sales targets
• Team-building prowess and retention mindset
• Experience in optical dispensing or frame fitting (or work alongside licensed opticians) is a plus
• Polished communication and people skills
• Comfort with KPIs and a metrics-driven culture
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
• ABO Certified
