Visiting Student – MSD – Street, Galen – 8.25.26

The visiting student will work on magneto-transport measurements and measuring Hall resistance of magnetic and antiferromagnetic samples. The experiment will build a collaboration between Argonne National Laboratory and Virginia Tech to foster student exchange and future collaborative funding pursuit.

Education and Experience Requirements

• The entirety of the appointment must be conducted within the United States.

• Must be 18 years or older at the time the appointment begins.

• Applicants must be:

o Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited institution.

o Graduated from an accredited institution within the past 3 months; or

o Actively enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution.
