A public aviation-focused attraction is seeking dynamic and engaging professionals to serve as Tour Guides / Visitor Relations Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, public speaking, and providing immersive experiences to guests of all ages. You'll lead guided tours, support interactive exhibits, and contribute to daily guest operations at the facility.
Lead group tours and theater-style presentations for large audiences
Memorize and deliver scripted content; integrate new information regularly
Greet guests, facilitate ticketing, and operate audio/visual presentation tools
Engage visitors with STEM-based exhibits and educational activities
Assist with general wayfinding, building navigation, and safety monitoring
Support team rotations and ensure smooth daily operations
1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. tour guide, educator, hospitality)
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Punctual, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand or walk for up to 6 hours per shift
Experience giving tours or leading presentations to groups
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or AV/event technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working in a public attraction or museum setting
Extended standing and walking; occasional sitting and stair use
Speaking for up to 90 minutes at a time, multiple times daily
Light lifting (up to 20 lbs), use of tech tools and cleaning supplies as needed
Frequent use of radios, microphones, computers, and mobile devices
Mandatory training must be completed prior to starting
Must demonstrate strong retention of tour content and operational procedures
Adherence to safety protocols and professional conduct is required
Business casual attire
Footwear must comply with basic safety standards

This is a non-remote, full-time onsite position in Mukilteo, WA
