VISTA Development Coordinator

The Development Coordinator will strengthen Jesse Tree's fundraising capacity by developing donor outreach tools, fundraising systems, and community engagement resources. The VISTA may conduct fundraising outreach, while staff retain responsibility for processing donations, handling funds, sponsorship agreements, official donor records, and volunteer and partner onboarding. 1) Develop an individual donor cultivation plan with goals, timelines, and planning resources. 2) Develop donor prospecting tools, outreach materials, communication templates, and tracking systems to support staff-led stewardship. 3) Develop community outreach strategies and partnership materials to expand community support. 4) Create donor acknowledgment templates, stewardship resources, and follow-up workflows for staff use. 5) Develop fundraising calendars, handbooks, and resource toolkits for long-term fundraising capacity.
