Youth Business Alliance is seeking a VISTA Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator to support our volunteer programs. Each school year, YBA places over 300 volunteers in service opportunities throughout our 20 partner high schools. The VISTA member will develop the infrastructure to recruit 60 new volunteers to serve as guest speakers, financial literacy workshop leaders, mock interviewers, field trip hosts, career day speakers and more. Our VISTA member will expand the capacity our volunteer engagement process from developing systems to communication with our teacher partners, developing volunteer position descriptions and creating communications templates. They will streamline systems to recruit, place, train, gathering follow-up feedback and providing thank you emails and social media posts for volunteers. In addition, the VISTA member will create a manual to document the process, communications materials, training slide shows, and any other resources needed during the volunteer process.
