Supervisor: Victoria Rotondi
Work available: Daytime, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $9.70/hr
Positions available: 2
Duties and Responsibilities:
General office work including: scanning, copying and shredding
Answer multi-line telephone, take messages and transfer appropriately
Assist professors and Arts Department Coordinator as need
Hang poster across campus
Collect packages from mailroom and other campus errands
Assist with other office work as needed
Qualification for the Position:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of Canva and graphic design a plus
Excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette needed, should be comfortable answering phones, transferring calls and taking accurate messages
Confidentiality is very important
Good work ethic and professional attitude
