Purpose:

Responsible for implementing the commercial strategy, upholding company standards, and tailoring approaches to meet customer preferences.

Profile:

• \tInterested and knowledgeable about product, fashion trends, and competitors in the local retail market.
• \tCapable of showcasing the brand's personality and attracting the customer's vision through analysis and merchandising.
• \tResponsible for the overall image of their section and adapting the layout according to the type of customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• \tEnsure the store maintains image standards.
• \tPropose collection distributions in the sales floor (layout).
• \tCollaborate with the managers to achieve greater impact in sales.
• \tPlans new arrivals, determines their placement, and manages product rotation.
• \tEnsures that display levels are appropriately matched to the store's available space always following company guidelines.
• \tFollow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company
• \tOversee the restocking of merchandise.
• \tConducts product analysis, including identifying product stock limitations, assessing competition, and tracking trends; and applies these insights to commercial actions.
• \tAppropriate use of the in-store furniture and mannequins.

People:

• \tTo be aware of the risks of employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.
• \tContinuously trains staff on visual merchandising and commercial strategies
• \tEffectively communicates and provides feedback to the manager and other store leader (managers, experts and specialists.

Requirements:

• \t2 years of experience in a related role within the fashion retail sector.
• \tGood team management skills.
• \tVisual flair and creative thinking required.
• \tComfortable with communicating thoughts and ideas about product on daily basis.
• \tNumeric and analytic skills.
• \tOpen/Flexible availability.
