Position Overview

The Visual Designer brings a passion for design precision and execution across every medium they touch. Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics, video editing, and multi-channel asset creation (digital ads, email campaigns, social media, print, and video).

Working closely under the guidance of Art Directors and Creative Directors, this role requires adaptability, high attention to detail, and the ability to pivot fluidly between fast-moving creative initiatives based on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Execution: Deliver day-to-day visual design support for the CB Creative team, producing net-new assets and updating existing creative across digital, print, and video touchpoints.

• Motion & Video Production: Concept, build, and edit video and animated assets across channels, ranging from short-form social cuts to long-form video content.

• End-to-End Asset Management: Manage creative deliverables through the entire production lifecycle, including initial design development, asset formatting, and final file preparation.

• Creative Direction Alignment: Translate feedback and guidance from Art Directors and Creative Directors into refined, on-brand design solutions.

• Agile Project Execution: Thrive in a fast-paced, iterative design environment, managing shifting workloads and context-switching across projects seamlessly.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with division creatives, project leads, and internal partners to ensure timely execution of compelling visual concepts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Portfolio: Active design portfolio demonstrating multi-channel production work, motion graphics, and video editing capabilities.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on design and production experience within an agency or in-house creative team.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Video and motion design skills are required.

• Design Fundamentals: Strong foundation in visual design principles, including layout, composition, typography, color theory, iconography, and data visualization.

• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, strong receptive feedback skills, effective team collaboration, and the adaptability to navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
