Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Visual Inspection Engineer to support and optimize automated vision inspection systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will focus on camera tuning, troubleshooting, system performance, validation, and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Tune, optimize, and troubleshoot automated vision inspection systems.
Improve inspection accuracy and reduce false positives/reject rates.
Support Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar inspection platforms.
Support commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of new equipment.
Develop and execute SLC/lifecycle and engineering documentation.
Requirements
7+ years of automated vision inspection experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong hands-on experience with camera tuning and vision system troubleshooting.
Experience with Seidenader, CoBER/CorBER, SVI, or similar systems.
Strong GMP, process validation, and equipment qualification experience.
Science or Engineering degree preferred.
