Pay: $26.45 – $28.18 per hour (Plus overtime opportunities)
Hours: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Plus overtime as needed)

As a Visual Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring product quality and safety. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to inspect, package, and document product standards, contributing to the production of life-saving medications. This position offers a great entry point or pathway to advance within pharmaceutical quality assurance and GMP compliance.

What You'll Do
As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for:

• • Conduct visual inspections of finished vials, labels, and packaging to ensure defect-free products and consistency.
  • Accurately record inspection data, maintain detailed batch records, and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Complete specialized training to become Vial Inspector Certified and master aseptic gowning protocols for cleanroom areas.
  • Manually label and package products when automated machinery is offline, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Properly identify, label, and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with safety protocols and SOPs.
  • Support team efforts by maintaining a clean, organized, and sterile workspace, and assisting in overall manufacturing operations.
  
  

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and follow SOPs, GMP regulations, and ISO standards.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and focus visually for long stretches.
  • Manual dexterity and basic math skills for measurement and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work safely and overtime when needed to meet production goals.
