As a Visual Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety, working closely with the manufacturing team to inspect, document, and support compliant production practices. What You'll Do
As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for:



• Visually inspect finished vials, labels, and packaging against established specifications to ensure zero defects and consistent quality.
• Accurately record inspection data, maintain detailed batch records, and adhere strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Complete specialized training modules to achieve Vial Inspector Certification and master aseptic gowning protocols for cleanroom environments.
• Manually label and package finished products with precision when automated machinery is unavailable.
• Properly identify, label, and dispose of hazardous waste on the production floor, following all safety protocols and SOPs.
• Support overall manufacturing operations, assist team members, and maintain a sterile, organized, and safe workspace.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow SOPs, GMP regulations, and ISO standards diligently.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and maintain focused visual attention.
• Manual dexterity and basic math skills for precise measurements and accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and commitment to safety and quality standards.
