As a Visual Inspector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety, working closely with the manufacturing team to inspect, document, and support compliant production practices. What You'll Do As a Visual Inspector, you will be responsible for:
Visually inspect finished vials, labels, and packaging against established specifications to ensure zero defects and consistent quality.
Accurately record inspection data, maintain detailed batch records, and adhere strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Complete specialized training modules to achieve Vial Inspector Certification and master aseptic gowning protocols for cleanroom environments.
Manually label and package finished products with precision when automated machinery is unavailable.
Properly identify, label, and dispose of hazardous waste on the production floor, following all safety protocols and SOPs.
Support overall manufacturing operations, assist team members, and maintain a sterile, organized, and safe workspace.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
- Ability to learn and follow SOPs, GMP regulations, and ISO standards diligently.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and maintain focused visual attention.
- Manual dexterity and basic math skills for precise measurements and accurate documentation.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and commitment to safety and quality standards.
