Job Title: Visual Techno-Functional Consultant (Infor Visual ERP)
Location: Oaks, PA
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $55 - $63/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)
Job Descriptio:
We are seeking an experienced Visual Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Infor Visual ERP (v7.1.2 SP1). The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical skills to support, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP applications in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve production incidents related to Infor Visual ERP.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production outages and recommend corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot and support technical and functional issues in the ERP environment.
- Maintain and fix customizations where source code is available.
- Collaborate with business users, process owners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide ongoing support to minimize business disruption and improve system reliability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of Infor Visual ERP (v7.1.2 SP1).
- Proven experience in both functional and technical ERP support.
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of customization and bug fixing in ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience.
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to production support and manufacturing ERP environments.
Managerial Skills:
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, business process owners, and various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Interview Process:
- 1 round with TCS
- 1 round with the end customer
