Responsibilities:WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
Ensures the smooth, efficient operation and pristine appearance of Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces.
Delivers world-class guest service by welcoming guests, explaining concepts and benefits, and assisting with equipment setup and use.
Serves as a knowledgeable resource on Vitality technology, equipment, and the benefits of each space.
Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of all areas, including stocking supplies, refreshments, and completing opening/closing procedures.
Recommends and schedules complementary services and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Sells and processes retail items and manages guest scheduling using Canyon Ranch software.
