Could this be you?

• You set up and operate milling centers and, when needed, turning centers with close tolerances.
• You translate blueprints, samples, and manuals into efficient tool setups and clear, reliable machine instructions.
• You verify first-piece and in-process quality using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and edge finders.
• You document sign-offs, logs, and production reports without fail.
• You troubleshoot problems, adjust programs, and optimize tooling and cutting parameters.
• You pitch in wherever needed and help keep production on schedule.

Must-haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfort reading complex blueprints and applying GD&T.
• Experience with CNC controls, G-code, M-code, and changeovers for production runs.
• Proficiency with precision hand metrology and deburring to customer requirements.
• Independent, safety-first mindset; strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who owns decisions and their impact across teams.

• GD&T, CNC tooling, troubleshooting, and programming fundamentals
• Machine geometry and alignment, CNC machine installation
• Precision measurement, setup, and changeover practices
