VMWare + Zero Trust IT Security Hands on Project Manager with TS/SCI

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven Hands on Experience working in roles mixing IT Security, Virtualization, On-Prem and Cloud.
• Experience working in a hands on technical role where you have also project managed key initiatives surrounding Zero Trust IT Security, VMWare Virtualization and a mix of On-Prem and Cloud based server administration, upgrade and migration.
• Strong Familiarity with Zero-Trust IT Security design, layout, planning alongside the key concepts and fundamentals of a Zero Trust Secure Environment; experience planning and managing the migration to a Zero Trust Environment is preferred.
• MFA Experience coordinating with SW Apps, Vendors or other teams for creating and implementing Multi-Factor-Authentication systems is preferred; should be familiar with Software Defined Perimeters.
• Solid Network Virtualization Tools and Concepts experience including VMWare administration, High Availability, Virtualized Standard and Virtualized Distributed Switches.
• Experience laying out and designing (using Visio or other tools) mixed hybrid-cloud-on.prem environments.
• Strong Familiarity with IT Security Network Monitoring tools
• Should have experience (or familiarity) with ZTNA, SDP, IAM, PAM, micro segmentation and SASE
• Experience with most of the following is strongly preferred: PingFederate, Entra ID, CyberArk, SailPoint, Cisco TrustSec, Illumia.
• Experience with Flexera, VanDyke, HYCU are strong pluses.
• Should hold IT Security Certifications
• Experience working in military environments is strongly preferred.
