Salary/ Hours:

• 06:00-14:00 £31,430 per annum

• 14:00-22:00 £31,430 per annum

• 22:00-06:00 £39,291 per annum

We're looking for experienced VNA Drivers to join our team at Arvato's brand-new Wellingborough distribution site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new operation from the beginning, working in a modern warehouse with a supportive team and excellent career development opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating VNA trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
• Picking, storing and replenishing stock to meet customer requirements.
• Loading and unloading goods where required.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects.
• Working safely in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.
• Supporting the wider warehouse operation when needed.

• A valid, in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent).
• Previous experience operating VNA trucks in a busy warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
