POSITION SUMMARY
The VOCA Program Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Case Management Program, which supports victims of crime across five Connecticut counties: Hartford, Litchfield, New Haven, Middlesex, and Fairfield. The program provides free, trauma-informed case management services to individuals and families following a crime, helping them navigate resources, stabilize immediate needs, and connect with ongoing supports.
The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring that case managers are supported, trained, and equipped to provide compassionate, effective services. By guiding staff, strengthening community partnerships, and maintaining high-quality program operations, the Supervisor helps ensure that victims across Connecticut receive timely support and meaningful pathways to recovery.
