  • Build employer partnerships that support competitive, integrated employment opportunities for individuals participating in treatment and recovery services
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with VRCs, treatment providers, and workforce partners to support coordinated service delivery
  • Research labor market trends, regional hiring needs, and high-growth industries to support job development efforts
  • Coordinate participation in hiring events, workforce meetings, employer engagement activities, and regional partner convenings
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employer engagement, job leads, outreach activity, and regional coverage within NADAP's CRM and workforce systems
  • Track and support performance metrics related to employer engagement, job lead generation, and regional outreach activities
  • Collaborate with internal workforce and program staff to support reporting requirements and continuous program improvement
  • Travel periodically throughout assigned regions, as needed

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage regional outreach across multiple counties
  • Familiarity with Upstate, New York employers and workforce networks preferred
  • Must have a valid drivers license and car available for regional travel as needed. Milage reimbursement available
