Instructor of Baking and Pastry is responsible for classroom and lab instruction in various Baking and Pastry courses and assists in constructing degree/certificate programs and updating current curriculum.
Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, ASE Master Certification and 6 yrs. related experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered.
