What You ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting and servicing structured cabling systems

• Working with copper (Cat6, Cat6A) and fiber optic systems

• Installing, terminating, testing, and certifying voice and data cabling

• Servicing MDF/IDF environments

• Reading prints and performing moves, adds, and changes

• Providing professional customer-facing service

• Coordinating with project teams, IT staff, and end users

What We re Looking For

Qualified Candidates Should Have:

• Hands-on experience servicing voice and data systems in healthcare facilities and hospitals including using dust carts.

• Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards (Cat 6/6A, fiber optics)

• Experience with testing and certification equipment

• Understanding of IP-based networking fundamentals

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers

• Basic computer skills and service documentation experience

• Fiber troubleshooting and termination
