What You ll Be Doing:
Troubleshooting and servicing structured cabling systems
Working with copper (Cat6, Cat6A) and fiber optic systems
Installing, terminating, testing, and certifying voice and data cabling
Servicing MDF/IDF environments
Reading prints and performing moves, adds, and changes
Providing professional customer-facing service
Coordinating with project teams, IT staff, and end users
What We re Looking For
Qualified Candidates Should Have:
Hands-on experience servicing voice and data systems in healthcare facilities and hospitals including using dust carts.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards (Cat 6/6A, fiber optics)
Experience with testing and certification equipment
Understanding of IP-based networking fundamentals
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers
Basic computer skills and service documentation experience
Fiber troubleshooting and termination
