Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, personalized music lessons that inspire and engage students.

• Maintain a consistent and reliable teaching schedule.

• Assist with student orientation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth start to their musical journey.

• Collaborate with team members to create, implement, and execute studio strategies and policies.

• Participate in content creation for studio promotion and student engagement.

• Contribute to maintaining a tidy, welcoming studio environment.

• Ensure exceptional guest and student experiences through attentive service and communication.

• Complete necessary documentation, including lesson notes and progress reports.

• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and professional development sessions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in voice and piano.

• Proven ability to inspire and develop students' musical talents.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Enthusiasm for building a supportive musical community.

• Commitment to reliability and punctuality.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to studio policies and procedures.

Hours:

• Based on applicant and studio availability: Weekdays 3-8, Weekends 10-6
