SUVI Global Services is looking for a Voice/Video Engineer (TS) to support IT across all DoD OIG networks. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities

+ Manage classified video conferencing infrastructure, including VTC systems, streaming platforms, and AV equipment.

+ Ensure high availability and quality of service for meetings, events, and secure communications.

+ Support integration with collaboration tools and provide user training as needed.

Qualifications

+ Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

+ Minimum 4-6 years in an IT related field.

+ Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.

+ Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with Cisco voice and network technologies.

+ Hands‑on experience configuring and managing Cisco switches, routers, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and VoIP gateways.

+ Ability to apply and manage QoS policies within Cisco environments.

+ Experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), including call routing, user provisioning, and feature configuration.

+ Familiarity with SIP trunking, endpoint security, and patch management within a DoD‑aligned security framework.
