Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new Volkswagen to fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Stay current on Volkswagen products, features, and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required—we'll train the right person.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
