  • Provide regular updates regarding requisition status, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Strategic Talent Support

  • Tag strong silver-medalist and highly rated candidates within the ATS for future opportunities.
Technology and Process Optimization
  • Leverage recruiting technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the candidate experience.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support risk-mitigation efforts through accurate documentation and consistent process execution.

Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR support, or a related function.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions or supporting high-volume hiring.
  • Proficiency with Oracle, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
