Position Details
The Campground Host volunteer duties shall include a minimum of the following:
Additionally, the volunteer will be required to perform some or all of the following: speak appropriately and respectfully to individuals of different ages and backgrounds, physically able to walk or hike on uneven outdoor surfaces, carry up to 50 pounds for short distances, bend and twist at the waist, use hands to perform and complete the above tasks in a timely manner, meet the time commitments required to successfully complete all tasks, and show initiative in job responsibilities.
The Volunteer will not conduct any type of vehicle maintenance repairs on site, use any City equipment for their personal benefit, consume any type of alcohol, tobacco, or drug use while on duty, or engage in any offensive conduct or use of profanity, will not display any signs, decals, bumper stickers, posters, or any expression of speech toward any political or religious view point while volunteering for the City.
The City will provide, for Volunteer's use, the following:
The City will also provide a $200.00 per month stipend.
The Volunteer is responsible for any and all other utilities and services not specifically provided for by the City such as, but not limited to, internet, phone, and cable services.
