We are looking for an energetic, organized, and heart-driven professional to serve as our Hospice Volunteer Coordinator in the Canton area. In this vital role, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated volunteers who provide comfort, companionship, and support to patients and families during one of life’s most important journeys.

This is more than a coordination role — it’s an opportunity to build a strong volunteer program that directly impacts the quality of care we provide every day.

What You’ll Do:
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support hospice volunteers
• Ensure volunteers are fully prepared to provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Act as a key liaison between volunteers and our interdisciplinary hospice team
• Promote hospice volunteer opportunities throughout the community
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and hospice regulations
• Track, document, and evaluate volunteer participation and performance

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A warm, approachable, and people-focused personality
• Management or supervisory experience required
• Hospice experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
