Volunteer & Donor Services Coordinator

The Position The Volunteer & Donor Services Coordinator runs BGCD's individual volunteer program and keeps the organization's donor and volunteer records accurate, timely, and useful for fundraising decisions. Reporting to the VP of Administration, this position recruits and supports volunteers across all Clubs, serves as the organization-wide expert in MyClubHub and Salesforce. The ideal candidate pairs strong attention to detail and comfort with donor systems with the people skills to recruit, coordinate, and recognize volunteers, and sees volunteerism as a path that introduces new supporters to BGCD's mission and kids.
