The Nao Now Foundation is looking for passionate and compassionate Volunteer Online English Mentors to help children and young learners improve their English communication skills through 1-on-1 virtual lessons.
As a volunteer mentor, you'll play an important role in helping students build confidence, develop speaking skills, and gain opportunities for a brighter future. No lesson planning is required. We provide the curriculum, teaching materials, and platform so you can focus on creating an encouraging and engaging learning experience.

Teach 25-minute, 1-on-1 English lessons to children ages 5–12
Deliver structured curriculum using provided lesson materials
Maintain an engaging and supportive on-camera presence
Provide clear and encouraging feedback
Maintain consistent weekly availability
Uphold professional communication standards
Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree or proof of enrollment in a BA program
Experience working with children ages 5–12
Strong communication skills and on-camera presence
Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps)
Quiet and professional teaching environment
Headset (noise-cancelling preferred)
Teaching or tutoring experience
Youth coaching or mentoring
Online instruction experience
Performing arts or presentation experience
Wired ethernet connection required
Stable internet (minimum 60 Mbps)
Computer less than five years old recommended
Professional, distraction-free workspace
