St. Joseph Center is seeking a part-time Volunteer & Events Coordinator to support the Development Department's volunteer engagement and event coordination efforts. This position will serve as a key administrative and coordination support role for both volunteer programming and development events, helping ensure that volunteers, community partners, corporate groups, and event guests have a positive, organized, and mission-centered experience.
Reporting to the Director of Community Partnerships, Volunteers and Events , the Volunteer & Events Coordinator will assist with volunteer intake, scheduling, communications, engagement tracking, event preparation, registration, data entry, and day-of support for volunteer activations and fundraising events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, people-centered, and interested in nonprofit work, community engagement, volunteer coordination, events, or fundraising.
This position supports St. Joseph Center's mission of serving individuals, youth, and families experiencing homelessness and poverty through healing-centered services, deep partnerships, and community impact.
Compensation
This is a part-time, non-exempt position with an anticipated hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.

Work Environment Regular use of a computer and HR technology platforms is required, along with the ability to manage detailed records and sustained periods of screen-based work.
