    Title: Volunteer - Food Drive

    Every fourth Tuesday of the Month

    Our Mission:

    The Mission of South-Central Family Health Center is to improve the quality of life for the diverse community of inner-city Los Angeles by providing affordable and comprehensive health care and education in a welcoming and multicultural environment. To lead the way in health care in South Los Angeles, as the premier provider and employer of choice offering comprehensive, high-quality, affordable, efficient, and culturally responsive services.

    General Summary:

    Our Food Drive Events will host the food bank and community members, nonprofit organizations, vendors, and our healthcare providers for a morning of health and wellness to promote valuable resources in our community. Our volunteers will play a vital role in the success of this event, providing support in various tasks, including attendee check-in, food distribution, answering questions, and monitoring food lines and other tasks as requested.

    Qualifications:

    Anyone over 18 years of age is encouraged to reach out to us so that we can match your interests with our current volunteer projects. Upon reviewing and selecting your application, we will provide you with more details regarding the event.

    8:30 am to 11:30 pm
