JOB SUMMARY Assists with organization and operations of First Perk Coffee Caf and/or Gift Shop. Performs a variety of other related tasks, following established policies. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High school or equivalent Minimum Work Experience Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrates the ability to communicate the hospitals mission, vision, and values, as well as departmental goals Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy work environment by modeling the desired behaviors and encouraging those in others Demonstrates the ability to cope with and manage change, as well as help others do the same Incorporates quality improvement into departmental goals Ability to handle confidential information Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times Designated Driver No OSHA Category 3 - Low Risk
