What This Role Is
This is a live-floor, face-to-face sales role with warm prospects-not cold calling. There is no required property presentation in this role. Youre not here to give long tours-youre here to sell. Your focus is to:

- Close with confidence
Income & Compensation
- $100,000 - $200,000+ annual income potential
- Hourly base pay + uncapped commission

- Present and sell Capital Vacations Term Product with confidence and clarity
- Build fast rapport and guide conversations toward a close
- Handle objections effectively and recover quickly from setbacks
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, close %, and penetration goals
- Partner with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize every opportunity
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards
- Contribute to a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture
