Job Description
This job is responsible for conducting quantitative analytics and modeling projects for specific business units or risk types. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing new models, analytic processes, or systems approaches • Creating technical documentation for related activities • Working with Technology staff in the design of systems to run models developed

We are looking for an AI Quant to join our team to help bring modern AI tools into the firms markets and banking business. In this role, you will design and industrialize LLM- and agent-based tools and work with team members based in New York, London, Paris, and Singapore to drive AI adoption across Credit Commodities and Capital Markets business.
Responsibilities
• Design prototype and deploy LLM-powered tools and agentic workflows for sales, trading, and banking • Help integrate AI into existing analytics and data workflows • Contribute to the development of reusable AI frameworks and standards that accelerate firm-wide adoption of AI • Partner with product and domain specialist teams to test new AI ideas and turn them into real tools that the business can use
Performs end-to-end market risk stress testing, including scenario design, scenario implementation, results consolidation, internal and external reporting, and analyzes stress scenario results to better understand key drivers.
Supports the planning related to setting quantitative work priorities in line with the banks overall strategy and prioritization.
Supports the methodological, analytical, and technical guidance to effectively challenge and influence the strategic direction and tactical approaches of development/validation projects and identify areas of potential risk.
Performs statistical analysis on large datasets and interprets results using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Skills
• Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern AI tools • Strong programming skills and comfortable building production-ready tools • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and strong communication skills • Understanding of financial products and markets with an interest in applying AI to real commercial workflows
Minimum Education Requirement Masters degree in related field or equivalent work experience

New York pay and benefits information New York pay range: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
