We are seeking a visionary Vice President of AI Solution Delivery to lead our Solution Delivery practice. This role calls for a seasoned leader with a robust background in business and AI technology, with experience leading product and engineering organizations to deliver a variety of technology projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and implement tailored AI solutions that meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and operational functionality.
Technical Leadership and Advisory: Act as a technical leader within the team, providing guidance on AI project implementations, and ensuring the use of best practices in machine learning and other AI-related technologies.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to understand their business needs and technical requirements, ensuring that AI solutions are aligned with their strategic goals.
Innovation and Research: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and methodologies. Apply this knowledge to innovate and improve solution offerings.
Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and scope of AI projects, ensuring efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, data scientists, and project managers, sharing knowledge and insights to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, leading technology teams and projects leveraging relevant AI and cloud technologies.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering custom engineering projects with Cloud, Service-Oriented-Architecture, Machine Learning, and related technologies.
Extensive knowledge of AI technologies and applications, including machine learning and generative AI, with practical experience in applying these technologies to solve business challenges.
Strong background in developing and executing strategic plans that drive innovation and business growth.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team of technology and consulting professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
