The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) provides leadership and operational oversight for nursing services and direct patient care delivery across the facility. The CNO ensures high quality, compassionate, and efficient care while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The CNO partners closely with senior leadership to drive organizational priorities related to quality, safety, patient experience, employee engagement, and financial stewardship.
The CNO leads, integrates, and evaluates professional nursing practice, serving as a liaison between nursing and medical staff. The role is responsible for establishing and executing strategies that support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and professional development.
Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating major hospital divisions. Establish standards of performance within a broad framework of policy and objectives as set forth by the president and CNE.
Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000
