The Vice President, Artificial Intelligence provides enterprise-wide leadership for Artificial Intelligence strategy, governance, and adoption across the organization. This role defines how AI is evaluated and deployed, to improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and the patient and customer experience. This position combines strategy and leadership of AI-driven innovation to support the organization's overall goals. The VP, AI partners closely with the data organization to ensure AI initiatives are built on high-quality, governed data while maintaining focus on responsible AI practices, healthcare regulatory alignment, and measurable business impact. The role oversees all AI initiatives, establishes AI ethics and governance standards, drives enterprise wide AI literacy and adoption. Plus, this person will be responsible for establishing policies and procedures governing the delivery of quality artificial intelligence services.
